Yes, the Wine Festival upgraded to 80, and last year lost some of the tasks this year returned. However, these changes need not big enough to measure a point on the PTR.

It was mentioned earlier, and mount itself is no longer a prerequisite for this achievement to be able to get mounts like a change, "with a wine road" of this accomplishment. So I do not think the swap rate will mount any changes from last year.

For all issues related to, my answer is that this year's wine festival there will be no significant change, just that there is some content upgrade. This means that Colin spirits will still be in place, no new pet or a new mount, I wish you all happy to play.
